The 91st Running of the Indianapolis 500® provided enough excitement and drama for many years to come. With rain quickly approaching, teams scrambled to formulate late-race pit and fuel strategy. When the skies opened and heavy rain forced an early
ending on Lap 166, Dario Franchitti was leading, giving the Scotsman his first victory in “The Greatest Spectacle in Racing®.”

In July, Indiana’s own Tony Stewart claimed his second victory in the Allstate® 400 at the Brickyard® after a thrilling late-race duel with 2003 winner Kevin Harvick.

2008 promises to be just as exciting and dramatic as we celebrate the 92nd Indianapolis 500® and welcome back the stars of NASCAR® for the 15th Allstate® 400 at the Brickyard®.
